Body and Institution (2020) was a year-long project to explore the interrelationship between ZK/U workers and ZK/U’s institutional behaviours such as its representation, discourse production and daily working environment. During this project I’ve created around 30 private sessions with each worker at ZK/U to reflect on the bilateral relation and its influence on both their bodies and the institution.
* Final gathering of Body and Institution. The exhibition was exclusive for the team members.
These sessions created an anonymous circle of critique and reflection on ZK/U as a body and each worker as an institution. This year-long reflection was followed by an internal exhibition including 7 artworks which were co-created by workers and installed at the several hidden corners of ZK/U.
